    On the afternoon of April 9, Dean Hong from the Graduate Department of Thailand's Chinese Business School of Rangsit University, visited Kunming University's College of Economics. Administration and faculty from the College of Economics, along with staff from the International Exchange and Cooperation Department gave Dean Hong a warm welcome and participated in talks. Both sides discussed in depth the details of developing cooperative programs and achieved significant progress.
   
 Dean Hong's visit this time served as a follow-up to the cooperative memorandum signed on his last visit. Accompanying Dean Hong were: Wang Xi, Vice-Dean of the Graduate School of the Chinese Business School of Rangsit University, Zhang Li, Vice Dean of the Chinese Business School of Rangsit University, and others. Party-Secretary Shi, Dean Bo, and Vice-Dean Shen from the College of Economics entered into detailed talks based on initial drafts of the cooperative project drawn up by both sides. During the meeting, both sides determined both short and long-term programs, including details such as: cooperative study programs and determination of majors, study models, degree and certificate issuing details, etc. The establishment of a common human resources database and the details of an internship program with the CP Group were also discussed. Through the talks, both sides arrived at greater mutual understanding of their cooperative agreement.
 
Following the meeting, both sides clarified their responsibilities and agreed to proactively move their cooperation from the planning stage into actual execution.
